My deadlift is terrible because of my short arms and small hands. I still work it, but the fact is that I'll never be able to pull high poundages. I don't get that extra split-second that other people do to hold on and lock out. It's frustrating.

I was born premature. My shoulders are rotated inward and basically fucked.

Go to physical therapy, they could take a look and decide if it's fixable and you can actually do conventional squats

Calf raises 320lbs

The squat was until recently literally the ideal shitting position and has been for thousands of years and hasn't been improved upon until after the concept of a feet stool for the toilet was invented

My guess is that your flexibility is off and you're prone to quitting or youre too self conscious to start below a certain weight

I took my nephew lifting once, he tried 50kg squat but couldn't do it so he assumed the lift was to heavy while refusing to do less

I have some fucked up problem with my left shoulder. It almost feels like the middle deltoid didn't properly develop,
When I flex both my shoulders there is a noticeable difference in the middle.

It makes it hard to bench and do lat raises without pain.

Did you try an assistance bar? They are designed for people with poor shoulder mobility and they aren't a machine
