are you a girl? or just underage?

Don't be like that. Some of us just started out as weaklings and making improvements always feels good.

God speed, Opie.

>tfw got to 75 kg
>had to leave town for two weeks, no way to lift, gotta work back up to it
>at 75 kg again
>Fall down a flight of stairs, couldn't lift for two weeks
>Probably going to have start it all over again
I spent more time injured/unable to lift than lifting ever since I started working out.
Not gonna make it.

>Hurrr he not lift muh 4plates aftah 8 days?? Lul ur a girl xd
80% sure you're from r9k and don't even lift.

Two weeks shouldn't do much of anything if you're eating right

He's got a point. The 15-year-old girl I've been coaching for 2 months did 65kg x5 the other day. Any normal male should be able to deadlift 2plate without training.

You're gonna make it bro

We're all gonna make it

I'm only at 70kg recovering from a broken wrist courtesy of three french men at the pub.

Gonna make it one day

Well then I might be doing something wrong food-wise.
After the first break, my squats and dl stalled but I actualy increased my bench, rows and ohp.
Anyway, Im a former fatty and hella afraid of getting fat again so I thin k I might be undereating. I should be back to the gym any day now, hope it will be permanent this time.
