After the first break, my squats and dl stalled but I actualy increased my bench, rows and ohp.
Anyway, Im a former fatty and hella afraid of getting fat again so I thin k I might be undereating. I should be back to the gym any day now, hope it will be permanent this time.

Bent-over barbell row (22.5*2+20)=65kg, 4 sets x 6 reps
I feel like it's impossible to load more weight and keeping proper form for 6 reps
Maybe I could add 5 more kg in one set, but it would be difficult to handle that weight in that position anyway

Can someone tell me what 2 plate is in kg or lbs and how its calculated? Is one plate 20kg on each side of the bar? So two plates is 80kg + barbell which eguals 100 kg?

so;
1plate is 60kg
2plate is 100kg
3plate is 140kg and so on.

when i started out i weighed 45kg, not all of us started out the same user, 2 plate took a while for me to get.
