Pretty typical fullbody desu, getting harder to progress per-session on the main lifts though so looking for a nice intermediate strength split to switch to.
Any decent Texas Method templates with a bit of added fluff around?
I got my girl on Stronglifts 5x5 with added hip thrusts and back extensions with bent upper back and outward foot angle so it hits the glutes harder.
She got stretchmarks on her ass after only 1 month of that and eating enough protein/calories.
Looking forward to defiling her juicy bubble butt all day err'y day
