Quick oats + cold milk + powdered milk + dark cocoa + brown sugar
Oh, and eat it with a cup of cold water and a banana.
Why oats? I mean, what are the bennefits of eating them? They taste real bad, imo and have low prots
I eat oats for breakfast every day, just throw some milk in a pot, heat it up, throw in oats, cook it and stir for a couple minutes, then stir in a shit load of peanut butter.
Thick cut oats + milk + microwave 2mins = my breakfast every day

Wasted PB.
Eat it with greek yogurt, you don't need anything else.
Dried apricot, fig, grapes; fat-free milk and almonds
High fiber, good protons
I microwave 40g of oats, 55g of zucchini for extra volume, and a banana with some water. Then I'll add in a scoop of protein powder and some blueberries or just peanut butter if I need to get my fats in. I'll occasionally add in an egg white before I microwave it which makes it creamy too.

I had a pea and rice isolate protein shake this morning and it was so fucking foul I vomited it back up, I will just stick to whey from now on

I miss nutella so much, but not on my current cut.
I've been hunting for decent cut toppings to take a bit of the edge off. I'm not the most picky with food, but I'd like some interesting flavour without killing the cal count (which is already a tad on the high side)

Just to check, as I can't recall exactly. You put the Whey in AFTER you've cooked it, not before. Right?
