Hey man I think I've got a building disk or something, other than those 2 YT vids you always post what advice can you give me?
Also I don't even understand how I hurt myself. My squat back angle is perfectly straight, no hyperextensiom or rounding at all and I was fine for ages but it just got fucked out of the blue when squatting. I record my sets and my squats looked fine, perhaps too deep, as well I widened my stance to reduce knee travel so I guess that's also responsible.
I don't understand how I did so much damage, but the incident made me almsost vomit and pass out almost immediately after.

one that will work with you not against you, first one i went to said id never lift again the second understood what i was doing and helped me get back to it, also found something else that i could work on to speed recovery i hadnt noticed

How you strained it would be helpful. A strain from curls will be treated differently than one from low bar squatting
