I'm a fat Manlet who can barely squat 80kg for 8 reps after nearly 4 straight years lifting. Bulking also just makes me fat

Highest I've ever squatted was 112.5kg for 5 when I was really fucking trying my best to get stronger, but I eventually get weak again and then 80kg feels heavy on most days.

I really don't think I have the genetics for lifting. It's an actual fucking joke.

Literally everything I try in life I fail so fucking much at.

I just never fucking make progress. I honestly don't think I've even made any progress in the last 3 out of 4 years lifting.

I already did. My test is not high but not low, I'm pretty much in the median range for 18-30 year olds. I cannot get TRT, my doctor laughed at me for even suggesting it and says that I just need to lose bodyfat (about 15kg) and otherwise that I have a lot of lean mass on my body for my height so there's no way I need TRT.

I told him I feel tired and weak a lot and he just said it is my sleeping habits and diet that are doing that because there's nothing he can see that would indicate low test levels.

The whole fucking world is against me.
