Why do i even lift anymore? To make up for being skinny? Well ive done that, so now what? I was looking up old high school peers and one of his own engineering firm, and im thinking ive had my goals mixed up. Whats the point of fucking lifting whwn you have money? No amount of lifting will make you better than someone who runs his own firm while looking like a dyel.
Lifting was relevant if youre still college age, but after that its just bullshit ive been wasting time in the gym when i should be making the most of financial opportunities. I repeat NO AMOUNT OF LIFTING OR BENCH PRESS PLATES WILL COMPARE TO SOME RICH DYEL WHOS TRUELY MADE IT. Lifting was never making it, it was just me compensating and not seeing what more important goals.
Lifting no longer matters once youre old enough to be making big money, therefore, lifting to big, intimidate, shredded w/e wors you want to throw in is only an early 20s pursuit at he very oldest, if youre still lifting with the same level of obsession as you were in your early 20s then you have tour priorities wrong. discuss

When you're old, do you want to be old and frail or healthy so you can enjoy life?
Stop competing against others good fortune and be healthy so you can enjoy clarity of mind and achievement.

You shouldn't become obsessive about any part of your life.
Your peers are probably jealous of your physique and regret spending so many hours in the office.
Balance is the key, balance work and life outside of it. That extends not only to family time but to your own health. Why work until you're in an early grave because of your long hard hours? Likewise why be healthy and fit but be in a dead end career or job because you didn't apply yourself to that.
Tldr: Be the best you can be at all things.

It's way easier to get laid as a fit person with a dominant personality than it is with a lot of money. The sex is also better, because you can see the lustful desire in their eyes. Don't get me wrong, money will pull tons of pussy, but I also want to look in the mirror and find myself physically desirable. Futhermore, being physically attractive and chasing a goal will assist you a lot in life and translates well to other success, including monetary gains.

Also, lifting is much more of a controllable success, where you get what you put into it and if you don't, you can always do roids.

Why do you assume i don't have a uni degree? Do you know the difference between woeking in a degree job and someone whos capable of running his own firm?
Heres my existential crisis, i couldve been like that, infact, nearly everyone here who put the same amount of dedication into lifting as growing teir wealth couldve done that. You, me, everyone on Veeky Forums all could've been rich as fuck and i mean driving bmw m6 rich like the guy i facebook stalked. All those fucking time wasted on lifting and counting my macros when i should've just been that skinny but rich guy instead of that buff guy who just works in network security (yes it requires a degree)

There's more to life than lifting or money.
You'll never make it with such tunnel vision, bro.

Working out is like 5 hours a week you fucking idiot. You can make big bucks and still hit the gym
