I've got good legs and a decent back, but all this indirect work has left me with a formless blobby boy-butt.

Meaning when the short come off, it all kind of goes to hell.
I've got to start incorporating some direct glute work to catch them up. Though it'll probably be a long time.

Just do SLDL or Glute Ham Raises. I prefer GHR's but either of them are better than nothing.

If you don't go to the toilet within half an hour, it does tend to come out a bit. But mostly you feel the urge to go to the toilet within that time.
