On the subject of whey and supplements... Anyone ever seen any studies or reports about the use of protein supplements with pysllium husk fiber supplements (aka Metamucil). My doctor told me not to take my meds with it, apparently some medications get bound up to the fiber and your body can't absorb them. Can't find anything about protein interactions. For now I take my protein and fiber a few hours apart, would be convenient to do them together.

CanadianProtein has some pretty good flavours right now I'm plowing through some Cappuccino and Cinnabon flavored stuff. Cinnabon smells like chemical warfare but tastes pretty good and Capp just tastes kinda sweet
