3 weeks into c6w and the upper work is utterly shit. What intermediate bench program could I do to replace the upper days? Lower is completely fine.

The wilks coefficient only applies to Manlets and should be removed from powerliftring.

Small pop in lower back area yesterday while doing heavy rows, followed by mild pain and stiffness. I still feel it today but it's not too bad.

Have I gotten away with it or does a pop almost definitely mean that I'm fucked? It felt like it originated right from my spine but I thought that anything serious would have caused more extreme pain.

and now I can't go back to benching any other way, and my bench has an extremely defined "groove" and I know when i'm out of it, and i'm capable of blasting tons of volume and frequency and it just always feels great and I love it
