Thanks user, kind words. Right now the generic goal I have in mind is to keep pushing toward my 5'9 natty max FFMI of around 170, holding BF in the single digits. That mission alone will take another 2 years at a minimum if everything went perfectly. It never does. Last year I was forced to take 6 weeks off zero training due to illness. Talk about depressing downward spiral mode. But it's all good, made it out of the funk and here we are.

Thanks for honest feedback. Some days I feel like I catch the same observation, but never sure if it's just the pose or a legit imbalance. It's easy to get caught up in body dysphormic minutiae so gotta keep myself in check, thanks senpai. Better upper body shot to help diagnose??

To me it does seem like your left side is slightly smaller than your right side (In the pic). How are your dumbbell presses? If you're pressing the same amount with each arm then it could be your chest insertions. Either way it isn't a big deal.

DB press always feels balanced, not like one side is gassed before the other or anything. But that may be because I'm always in the 8-12 rep comfort zone. Perhaps for testings sake I should go heavy for once and see if that higher stress will spark a clear indicator. Thanks for the help user, honest conversation = new ideas for improvement.
