well it just doesnt stop popping like the rest of my body. I got my arms straight out at my sides and im rotating my palms from facing up to facing backwards. and BOTH my shoulders are poppin over and over again

More warm ups won't help, you're stuck with it until it gets bad enough to need surgery.

I would recommend to not bench again. Just stick with light dumbbell work and machines if you want to get bigger.

I had the same problem but after a couple weeks of swimming and stretching it went away

Its only in my left shoulder and I'm pretty sure its not from benching. I was put in one of those grabs police do where they put your arm behind your back and twist your body. It puts a lot of strain on the rotator cuff. It didn't start cracking until after that. Do I have to get surgery to fix this?
