Shit. Trying to progress but hurt my back last Friday so my OHP dropped from 155 1RM to 145 garbage tier. Deadlift didn't budge either from 430. To top it, My hopes of reaching 10% bodyfat from 12% on my recomp by June 1st are slowly dying by the day.

stalling on bp and deadlifts for the past month or so... shits starting to demotivate me (1rm for deadlift is 5pl8, 295 for bp)

chest game is weak as shit too idk what i'm doing wrong

actually insanely good. on c6w and today was lower body. called squats for 310 for MR10 and then 5x3 of 300. did 335 3x8 for deadlifts then some rdls, calves and more quads.

Decent. I've been putting in nearly 3 hours, 5 days a week. I'm starting to feel burnt out. I can't tell if it's just mental or if I'm actually overtraining.

Did squats and bench yesterday, set PR's in both.

Pretty good, had a lot of squat volume today and a decent amount of bench volume. Incline bench went well too and I really felt my good mornings in my hamstrings.

It was okayish but I pretty much stalled at most of my lifts today. Calorie deficit finally stopped my progress on 4th week of 5x5

Took a day off last week because I hurt my back/groin.

Came back today and hit a new squat PR through a better stance and lots of energy, felt pretty explosive on OHP too. Deadlift form was improved and felt better on my back but my grip gave out when I got to my worksets. Probably wasn't as focused because the gym was active and someone was hovering over my shoulder for the set. Overall it was really nice.

It went really really well. I only started regularly working out again about 3 months ago, but I'm already noticing significant improvements. Tonight, I noticed specifically that what I was struggling to do at the beginning has turned into my warm up. That shit feels good man.

Skipped it because I worked all night last night stayed up all morning and afternoon mowed the grass and got sunburnt and finally made it into bed at about 430pm to wake up at 10pm to get ready for work again. Feel like shit for it but I feel like shit in general, hoping to work out twice as hard tomorrow

I've never been successful when I've tried to really get in shape, and this past semester I got C's, and my oneitisis gone. I got tired of feeling like I can't do anything. So I'm just going to get strong. I'm trying to keep that motivation going for tomorrow and onward. Also trying not to jack off.

When I'm doing heavy squats my left leg starts shaking

It always always and sometimes it's even during the heavier warm up sets but they go away during the working sets

Not good. I couldnt do any chest workout right. Couldnt go 185 for reps that i gained a week ago. Couldnt do my incline 70lb dumbbell press when i can do 80lbs normally. Couldnt even finish the cardio i wanted to do. Nothing was running right. I still pushed through it but it was pathetic

Happens to me when sometimes for certain workouts. Happened once when i was just bicep curling with 50lbs. I was standing and leg just started shaking. Felt weird.

It's probably because you're uneven. If you squat with one for even an inch in front of the other (which many people naturally do), you will get an imbalance.

Try using one leg on a leg press at half your squat weight + half your body weight. You should be able to do equal weight with both legs, but chances are you can't.

I don't leave physically exhausted, just mentally.
My diet's also been falling apart, I don't eat shit, I'm just hungry all the time these past few days.
I've been doing lots of cardio.
A bit too much and because of that my legs are hurting frequently. I need to take some time off running to let them rest.

My training partner hasn't been for months, so I haven't got the external kick in the ass I probably need.
