I pretty much just started 3 weeks ago and limit myself to machines only now to gain some muscles before actual lifting as I'm almost Auschwitz mode and hope every time that senpai notices me and offers help.

It will never happen though. I'm always happy when I get a bye in the changing room though.

heyyyyy just ask someone how to do a certain lift (of course research it first to get as much of an idea as possible), just start out with one, get it down and add more. machines are useful in the beginning but free weights are so much more fun.

I will do that once I get more confidence. In a month or two.

Because I assume that anyone that's trying to talk to me isn't doing so to be helpful.

I had an awesome gymbro. We were both dyels but I was a bit bulkier and he was stronger, so we both were pushing each other. We complimented each other if our lifts went up, or we saw changes on our bodies. Sometimes we sent progresspics too. But he got ill and had to stay in the hospital for 2 month and he wasn't the same after that. He lost all his gainz, moved away and now we're both lifting alone.

I have two gymbros, we all live in the same house. One is in school to be a Firefighter so he Needs to be in the gym on the regular. He's about 20lbs heavier than I am but he never really gains or loses, he just eats like a horse. Gymbro 2 is my business partner and he's pretty much twice my body weight and over half a foot taller. That being said, we've helped him go from 412 to 325. I myself started at 145 and have fought my way up to 165.

They make the whole process better, I just have to keep pushing them.

Before lifting I didn't know how to deal with my head. So I spent some of my teens in hospitals for cutting my body a lot.
I never thought one day I'd want to build and enjoy it. So I really screwed the pooch on that one.
I was also over 300lbs, something I'm still fighting to undo.
