What groceries are you buying /fit?

What kind of food do guys buy for groceries? I just picked this stuff up tonight.

>he fell for the coconut oil troll

Coconut oil is fine if you're bulking, and delicious.

Buying a lot of chicken, nuts and avo lately. Running out of ways to force feed 4000 kcal.

things only from the perimeter of the grocery store. everything down the isles is shit

This is from a while ago. I am posting this without enlarging the photo to check it so I hope there is nothing embarrassing

YOU NEED SOME MILK

Oh I remember that day. Tofu was for the gf and I got the beans because they were on sale. They had way too much sodium and sugar though

- fettuccine chicken Alfredo when I need to hit calories and I'm lazy
- steak
- milk
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt before I got to sleep, keeps me full till morning and it's 23g protein
- walnuts
- sometimes pot roast
- oatmeal
- cod sometimes

Next on my list is coconut oil and probably some skirt steak. I also need to start eating more fucking greens.

>bacon
>canned beanns
>iceberg lettuce

Fats are great for cutting for me. But I'm at a higher weight. Allows me to stay full and control the calories on the way down. It's just hard to eat fat without something.

What about spices and healthy processed foods?

>healthy processed foods
Such as?

>cook and eat healthy without processed foods, canned items, etc.
>save money
pick one

> eggs milk oats beef chicken sourdough bread veggies yogurt bacon salmon tuna tortillas chocolate peanut butter
That's about it

iceberg lettuce has literally zero health benefits.

Has decent amount of antioxidants, some vitamins and minerals, and is made up of mostly water.
Useful for losing weight because it fills up your stomach with water.

Oils vinegars frozen veg soup broths nutbutter beans that's all I can think of atm

If you get, romaine? You can make sandwiches and wraps with it.

>Boneless skinless chicken breast
>red/green bell peppers
>carrot chips
>onions
>garlic
>ginger
>kale
>mushrooms
>apples
>bananas
>milk
>eggs
>coconut milk/cream (for thai curries mang)

that's what i'll be buying tomorrow. i've been making a bunch of thai curries recently with chicken and veges, got some panang curry stuff that makes it taste bomb af.

As so my list goes.
-greek yogurt
-chia
-whole bread
-polish pate and cheese
-bacon
-apples and avocado
-chicken breast
-quinoa
-asparagus
-almonds
-corn
-broccoli
-black olives

steak
sausage (made @ butcher shop, thanks market of choice)
chicken thighs
cottage cheese
bananas
eggs
ribs (when on sale)

basically your generic high fat/high protein/lowish carb fare.

Im actually going to try stirfry tomorrow night using the coconut oil. ill throw on here if works out well.

Nice mom science you fucking retard

I'm on a bulk. It's all about the grains and dairy and veggies for me.
Oats
Granola
Rice
Pasta
Bread
Cheese
Milk
Greek yogurt
Butter
Spinach
Kale
Carrots
Romaine
Cabbage
Nori
Eggs and power bars and peanut butter as well

Why is chicken considered the holy grail of protein? I've recently switched to fish fillets and let me tell you, it's fucking awesome.

>No prepping or defrosting, shit can be cooked frozen and takes less than 5 minutes on the stove
>Soft and moist as fuck. You don't even have to chew. Unlike chicken breast which can end up dry and chewy as hell.
>Dat fish oil

steak is the holy grail of proteins. has aminos you can't get in other meats.

Too much effort though + expensive.

I imagine reheated steak would taste shit if you were meal prepping.

Fish is usually contaminated with various shit. Chicken is less.

That's Napa cabbage. What's wrong with bacons? Also I said the beans were a sale item that I got to try out.

Talk shit post pic

potato chips and mountain dew. am i gonna make it?

Whatever mom brings home

ya, oils and bagged beans might be alright, but if you're buying foods past isle 5, ur hurting what ur trying to build

That would depend on what type of fish though right?

Is pic related a good meal?
Ingredients:

>tzatziki
>2 scallions
>a can of red kidney beans
>about a can of tuna
>2 tomatoes

Eating it with a carrot for breakfast, after my spoon of peanut butter.
Not all of it though, couldn't even finish the carrot.

Don't bother with the carrot then
