How do I prevent knee, back and shoulder injuries?

Do I just have practice good form, stretching and massage/foam rolling?

Is there any good stretching programs avaliable?

I'm tall, lanky and inflexible as fuck. Please help.

Last week my right knee was acting up. I rested, foam rolled for a few days. Today did a workout and some stretches post workout for like 15 mins.

Shit has me worried, I'm only working with like 1-1.5 plates right now. Don't eant to snap my shit up

Always after. Before workout you just want a little warmup no stretching. That limber 11 shit looks like a goddamn workout, I would just stick to the basic stretches.

I do everything but 3,4,8. I also do band hamstring stretch and it band.
