My personal reverse progress. Top is after I lost about 40kgs (from 123kg) and bottom was about a month ago at 128kg (4 years later, depression, not giving a fuck, eating badly and hardly moving out of my room).

Just started gym again, down about 5kg. Never stop working on self improvement. I seriously regret it now.
