Back During the summer of 2015 I noticed several Lifting memes that were aimed towards the newfags.
SS/SL is a meme
Protein shakes are a meme
Counting Calories is a meme
Since no one really tested those memes I decided I should just try it for future newfag references.
So from July 2015 - April 2016 I did
SL only
I never drank a protein shake
I never counted calories
For my Bulk I ate everything I could eat for a day never counted protein intake and carb intakes I just ate all the fatty/protein filled food I could find.
As for cutting All i did was eat 1 meal a day and sometimes a small snack
I bulked for 4months and cut for 4months
Start 160lbs
End of bulk 180lbs
Still cuting but I am at 175lbs right now
Starting height 5'11
Current height 6ft
As for accessories I did Dips and Pull ups only

Why the fuck wouldn't you count calories? Why the fuck would you any nasty shit you could find? Why the fuck would you eat once a day, essentially starving yourself?
Most importantly, why the fuck would you only bulk for 4 months/even consider cutting? All the weight you gained was fat, probably from eating that nasty ass shit you ate. Recomp and start over.
