How many can you do?
How many can you do?
>tfw snapped my back as a beginner on that demonc shit
>if only some one told me you have to already have strong back and abs to do that crap
30+ if I let my nose touch the ground
You gotta focus on on tilting your pelvis to posterior in the beginning, or else you over extend the lower back, but i guess you figured that out
I once curled one of those for 200+ reps. Don't know what all the fuss is about.
no beginner should be allowed to do this crap
how can you snap anything? either you can do it or youre just a noodle
>tfw you can deadlift 3 barrels
>tfw noodle after 1 roller rep
worked up to about 30 reps now.
trying to progress into doing them without my knees on the ground now
your back has to be rounded and head facing the ground or else you will fuck up your lower back
How do I into ab wheels? I tried it once, but it was nearly impossible. Any tips of anything?
Do dragon flags
lel lad, this thing streches your spine so much, I felt like it separated from my pelvis
no shit, I figured that out 4 years ago m80
It's a great advanced core exercise.
Beginners should start with weighted crunches/Situps and Russian twists.
Then ab pulldowns and legraises/ window cleaners.
I love the ab pump you get with the ab roller and heavy ass ab pulldowns.
I do them standing now
I can do them with 1pl8 on my back
normal I can do... idk... 25-30
no clue how to do them
it hurts my shoulders and arms more than anything, can't extend all the way as it feels like something is wrong and i'll fuck my shoulders up
Fuck me you have must have astrong core. Can you see your abs at a higher bf% now?
Like 10 reps for 3 sets or so, on my knees.
Am fat tho and usually superset them with russian twists and prehab shit.
i tried those but i could hear my spine ripping and had sharp pains in my back. but they did make my abs sore.
>shit core and shit shoulder flexion
I bet you lift heavy despite these obvious compensations.
>or else you over extend the lower back, but i guess you figured that out
Only if they have the same weaknesses you do...
not everyone has a shit core
For me I actually had to learn how to drop my hips, when I started doing them I was really just using my chest and front delts.
