Shouls I do reverse curls with ez bar, dumbbells or straight one.

Straight bar regular curls make my wrist hurt.

Also isnt this exercise useless? Back in the day when I use to isolate forearms I didnt see any drastic results..

Unless you're at the very top of competitive bodybuilding, autistically counting grams of protein, taking pre/post workout and arranging your workouts around some broscience that you read on bodybuilding.com don't actually do you any good.

I am one of the stronger people at my gym. I've had people ask me about my routine and I snicker because I don't have one. I just work out whichever muscles aren't sore and go mountain biking on weekends.

An Ez bar will not hit your biceps as heavy, BUT the difference in gains will be minimal.
