With Lenny, you have a stronger-than-most recovering porn addict who does a lot of cardio just by riding his bike everywhere. Actually, as an MMA fan, and obsessive Diaz bros fan in particular, I know all of that and more. I can tell you their training partners, their training regimes, whatever you want to know about their diet, etc. I could further add that different than you seem to imagine, they have actually suffered from being overly loyal to their camp since it's clearly limiting their growth as fighters at this point. But then we'd be getting off topic. None of this is relevant to the key points.

Watch the aspiring but not elite fighters on TUF. It's almost always the more conditioned fighter that wins when two equally unskilled people compete under MMA rules.

Jason lives on his sister's couch and eats junk food when he's not deleting YouTube comments, making videos crying about his non-existent PTSD or playing WoW. By his own admission, he has been 100 lb overweight on two separate occasions in his life. He can't even breathe properly due to his deviated septum. Given this, he'd be ready to pass out in under 2 minutes. There is no chance of him making it an entire round without being ready to pass out from exhaustion.

To his credit, VG is in fantastic shape; he trains with weights, rock climbs, kickboxes and does serious cardio with his bike. In addition to his formal kickboxing training, he also has years of hockey fighting experience. He's younger, taller and has a much longer reach than Blahino. He also has a functioning nose. Go back and look at Wanderlei's performances during the years he was putting off surgery to remove all the crushed cartilage from his nose.

Blaha has nothing except strength, which he doesn't know how to use effectively and won't be able to use at all after gassing in 90 seconds.

If he'd move to a better camp, they'd correct that right away. Richard Perez is basically a boxing trainer who teaches people to fight from a modified boxing stance rather than something better suited to MMA. Nate just does what his corner tells him to do, like most fighters. Both Diaz brothers would benefit immensely from spending some time at Tri-Star or Jackson-Winkeljohn.

My point was that they're loyal to a fault. Kinda like Ronda, who said she's not changing anything for her comeback even though her trainer is literally a conman on his way to prison and not qualified to train anyone based on his cornering of her in the Holm fight.
