That's a very interesting question; one I have often pondered this myself. I'd say there are tiers of natty limits. For the sake of simplicity, let's say there are three tiers. There are definitely more than that, but let's keep it simple. Most people will fall somewhere between these tiers.

I'll start with an example of absolutely shit tier genetics: Robert Cheeke. Vegan natty bodybuilder who started at a weight of 120 lb and it took him 10 years to get up to 170. Horrible insertions and flat as a pancake on any kind of cut. I'm not kidding when I say this guy looks TERRIBLE on stage in contest condition. Google his contest pics if you're really curious. But here's a pic of him in the off season at a reasonable bf %. With modest angling and decent lighting, he looks very good.

Of course, everything is relative. If I told you this guy has been training for decades and has basically dedicated his life to bodybuilding, you might say he's a disappointment. But he looks absolutely fantastic by the standards of normies. I'd say this is something anyone can realistically aspire to with enough dedication. Yes, we can all really make it, bro.

Middle tier would be a slightly smaller version of Adam Rose, who is upper-middle tier. He looks huge because this is a good angle and his arms are genetically blessed. But the rest of him isn't as impressive, especially without the camera tricks. Bear in mind he's only 195 lb at 6'2. I can see why people would say he's way above the natty limit in his recent Instagram pics but I'm not sure (instagram.com/adamrosevision). I actually think he's using some kind of filter to make himself look bigger. This behavior is arguably more dishonest than just using steroids since at least /fraud/s actually look huge in real life, but I digress. And finally you have the insane, one in a million elite tier genetics. We're talking about the true freaks here. Hermann Goehrer was 6'1, 245 lb with abs and came from an era before steroids. The early Ronnie Coleman pics are also insane (from a time he claimed to be totally natty; who knows if he was half natty but I actually suspect he may have been natty in the early amateur contests because he was SUCH a freak). He's basically the definition of a genetic freak. He's SO freaky it's baffling. I remember him telling stories in Muscular Development about how his entire life, he was always the biggest strongest guy around, even way before he started lifting weights. Like when he was 13, people would look at him and say "Wow, you must be a weightlifter" and that was before he even started working out. Chris Cormier, a former rival of Ronnie's for the Olympia title, swears Ronnie was natural when he turned pro and for several years after that. He said he could tell when Ronnie made the switch because it was so obvious. I guess Chris would know better than us. It's not like he'd have a reason to lie. There was also an entire issue dedicated to Ronnie where other pros told stories about how insanely, ridiculously strong he was by any standard, especially compared to other pro bodybuilders who were all taking massive amounts of gear.

Bear in mind, he's a southern black man with obvious slave genetics. I'm not being humorous; I really do believe he's the beneficiary of a primitive eugenics program on a plantation in the 18th century where the strongest slaves were bred with each other to have strong offspring.

someone with shit genes might only reach 165lb 10% at 5'10, someone with better genes might right 185-190lbs 10% at 5'10. it depends

The natty limit is heavily dependent on bf%. IMO the sweet spot is around 17-18% where you can have full muscles and look big in clothes without looking like shit shirtless. Trying to get great abs and cut to 10% is where most natties fuck up and lose gains.
