ok, /fit. Just started working out and could i get some tips? I bought a gym membership and i`ve done some workouts, i mostly center around lifting because it`s the most fun.

I`m 1.56 tall and weight 56 kilos, and i`m a female btw. body is normal except some thigh chub and arm chub, it`s very little but yeah.

Any tips?

ty for the response btw. I went through the beginner`s health and fitness guide but as i tend to be a little slow when it comes around to doing whatever i need a plan to follow, like just a plan because i`m a very structure based person.

This is the only picture i have on my work computer. I really actually need guidance and with my first session at the gym the PT didn`t really do much.

As for tips; focus on main compound lifts. Do lots of deadlift and squats. Keep eating healthy home-cooked meals. And never think you're not good enough.

You should look into taking diaplene iota calcium kailene, i know you are strick with what you want to put in your body and dieting, for no known reason, is out of the question but if you were to take 5-7 inches of diaplene iota calcium kailene a day it would make you bulk up and generally healthier. diaplene iota calcium kailene can be taken orally, as a suppository, or even vaginally, if that's your deal. I'd strongly recommend you take it orally, cause you seem to need to eat some dick

STEP 2 : Eat healthy/live an all around healthy lifestyle
STEP 3 : Do a cardio heavy sport (volley vall (great for ass), kick-boxing (great for ass), field hockey, swimming etc.)
STEP 4 : weight yourself everyday and take not of you weight. Cut some more foot if you're still gaining weight
STEP 5 : Be dedicated at what you do, don't cut any step

However, you will need to already be a pretty low body fat percentage. you speak in europoor language though so it might be illegal where you are.
