Traps workout on 5x5

i do 5x5 stronglifts and add 1 excercise on machine for traps on one day

should i do it 5x5 just as well or different ? i want them big and more weight means more muscle so 5x5 is the way to go ?

also i do lower back on roman bench or whatever its called in english. currently doing 4x10-15 holding 20kg plate. should i change it ?

Deadlift until you hit 4plate. You'll have plenty of trap to go around.

I'd personally do 3x12 if you're looking for more aesthetic trap. I'm basically doing a modified SS + accessories and all my acc./dropsets are 3x12

As an amerifat freedom-eagle a "plate" is a 45lb disc. "4plate" would mean 4-45lb discs on each side of the barbell, or 405lb total.

Plate is American jargon. It means a 45lb plate, which is equal to 20.4kg

You should be doing SS 3x5, and at your level (read: new), the Roman Chair stuff is probably more of a detriment to your squat and deadlift than an aid. AND between standing press, deadlifts, and power cleans, you shouldn't need any trap isolation
