bacon
eggs
steak
sausage

this shouldn't be a hard question?

PROTIP: mix 1oz of this with 4-6 eggs, good alternative to sausage or bacon and tastes great in a whole wheat tortilla with a little salsa, I eat this almost every morning

>what are beans
>what is omelette
>what is a protein shake (though I don't like it in the morning)
>what is a plate of veggies and ham

Please learn to cook as diverse as you can. It's a life skill you're learning for yourself that will stay with you forever. Bitches love it as well.

Yeah, I know. I just wanted some interesting and good recipes though. I'm trying to lose some weight (197 cm and 113 kilos) so i'm trying to cut the calories.

Also:
>what is greek yogurt with granola/oats/raisins
>what is cottage cheese

Srsly just look up foods high in protein which you'd enjoy having in the morning

That sounds really good, going to try it out. Thanks!
Yeah, trying to get better at it. Very bad at cooking atm. But i'm a bit tired of the same old hard cooked eggs. Thank's for the tip!

i do a protein shake
and mix together the following :
half a cup of greek yogurt plain
2 tbls of flax seed
1 quater cup of steel cut oats uncooked
1 quarter cup of regular oats uncooked
handful of blue berrys or any fruit you want
lots of protein and fiber while not too heavy its very filling

Duuuuuuude eggs are incredibly versatile, this is what I meant by learning to cook diverse meals.

>omelette
>sunny side up
>egg muffins
>scrambled eggs with veggies (frittata?)
>boiled eggs
>stuffed eggs
>hell you can even pour a stirred egg in your instant ramen water while it's boiling

The list could go on and on and on

Overnight oats

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 scoop whey powder

Put it all in a sealed container, shake it up, and let it sit overnight.

I bet you use soy protein too. Enjoy your manboobs and floppy dick.

phytoestrogens is not the same as estrogen u dickshit

Phytoestrogens are xenoestrogens - substances that imitate estrogen in your body.
How are the hips, widening yet?

Weeaboo style scambled eggs: eggs, soy sauce, green onions, and a sprinkling of sugar (or whatever) into the mixing eggs and voila you've good sweet tasty protons that probably aren't what you're used to.

"A 2010 meta-analysis of fifteen placebo-controlled studies said that "neither soy foods nor isoflavone supplements alter measures of bioavailable testosterone concentrations in men."[34] Furthermore, isoflavone supplementation has no effect on sperm concentration, count or motility, and it leads to no observable changes in testicular or ejaculate volume"

You know there's estrogen in milk and cheese right?

>first two responses are greasy cancer foods

Veeky Forums is dead

Thank you

"imitate estrogen"

it can bind to the estrogen receptor but since it's so much weaker than real estrogen your body makes it can actually result in less estrogenic effects

Eggs eggs and more eggs. Favorite of mine is:

4 scrambie eggies
2 slices of bacon
piece of toast slathered in avocado
bunch of cheese
combine bacon, cheese and cadotoast

eat eggs around/on top of it

cut and roast almonds, cut walnuts, puff amaranth in a pot. Do a lot of this and put it into a big can.

Every morning, make a big bowl of oats and milk. Put mixture on top. Enjoy. Best breakfast in the world, period.

i sure hope you don't eat dairy products buddy, else I got some real bad news for you

Yes, testosterone. However you didn't mention anything about rising estrogen levels you retard.

200g of egg whites
a piece of mozarella cheese
a can of tuna
all that made into an omelette
add sirarcha
around 325cal / 0g carbs / 14g of fat / 50g of protein
tastes actuallt quite nice if you cook it well.

These all sound great, will be testing them all out. Thank's everyone!

if estrogen levels would change in any significant way, there'd be a measurable change in testosterone, too.
>do you even endocrinology

>eggs
>greasy
