Im not denying that USA got some solid swimmers like Lochte, Missy Franklin, Phelps and more but you know what im talking about, just go and read the coments on any swimming video on youtube. Most of them will say something like "Im 16 now, from Texas and can do 50free in 21 secs", "Im a grill and my best time in 100fly is 53 seconds :3" and all that is because they do those time in a hack-tier yards pools.

it was a dumb question. if you are taking care of your diet then you should already understand that bodyfat is a function of your diet and literally nothing else. swimming does burn calories. lots of things do.
