you look great, just do some more incline chest presses, upper chest is the hardest part to develop

was at uni finishing assessments for most of the day, and it was a rest day but i did get a chance to go to the gym and do a bunch of pull ups. upped my rep max, im at 16 now. trying to get to 20. felt fucking sick banging out 16 pull ups.

oats with banana and yogurt for breakfast, then a glass of milk before i left for uni, then chicken curry with rice at uni with banana and mandarin for snacks, then another bowl of oats when i got home with another banana and glass of milk, then im gonna eat a shitload of eggs for dinner with some leftover roast potato and spinach. fuck yeah lads

i dunno, i dont have many other hobbies and i get a lot of fulfillment out of getting stronger

Just ran a bit, was at a college coding competition (came first and won a drone, hyped)

My normal squat is 160 lbs, 5x5. I went down to lmao1pl8 to see if I could do a set of 20, cause I read that's a thing. I only got 15 before I started getting lightheaded and had to quit.

I then proceeded to The Press the same weight for 2 reps.
