A week or so ago I decided would be my last time. It makes you feel like shit and just hurts your body.

Been eating cleaner than ever and I could care less about that grease shit late at night.

It was probably a Burger King veggie burger meal about a month ago (friend's choice of dining)
Before that it was probably a Subway sandwhich a month before that (again, friend's choice)

As far as I can recall, I don't think I've deliberately got fast food of my own desire for about 1/2 a year (again, a Subway sandwhich)

I don't particular care for fast food, I don't see the whole fascination with it. I grew up with parents who were amazing at cooking so anytime I did try fast-food I felt disgusted.

You're lucky user, my Mom got us addicted to it from a young age because it was quick and cheap.

That said, I haven't touched the stuff in like 8 or 6 years.

Yesterday. Grabbed a Burger King whopper because I never tried it. I can't believe I am saying it but I could actually taste the different ingredients in the sandwich(meat was good) as opposed to McDonalds where you just taste McDonalds.

Had some based A&W 2 weeks ago. Shit was cash paired with a root beer. Hands down best fast food Burger.

There isn't an Arby's near here anymore but when there was their meat seemed actually decent. Arby's I'd consider ( depending what you get ) the healthier section of fast food for sure.

Does Sheetz/Wawa count as fast food? If so, last weekend. Before that though...3 months or so, if Chipotle counts as fast food. If not, then I had wacks about 7 months ago.

Probably 2 spicy chicken sandwiches for 3 bucks at Rallys some time earlier this semester. It's halfway between work/home/school for me and I was getting those more than I like to admit.

I like fast food. It doesn't upset my stomach, it doesn't make me break out and I don't get cravings for it. I probably eat it once every six weeks or so, most of the year, a little more frequently in the summer. It's tasty in a comforting way, different from a fine meal, it's cheap, it's convenient, and it doesn't have a negative impact on my fitness goals as long as I account for it in my diet and exercise.
If you have problems saying no to it, it makes sense to abstain completely.
If you're a professional athlete, it makes sense to abstain from it completely.
If you have a weak stomach, it makes sense to abstain from it completely.
Other than that, if you like it but abstain to try and be pure or tough or willful or something, you're just punishing yourself for no good reason.

if you guys consider chipotle fast food than I have it all the time. I havent had a fast food burger joint meal (McDonalds, BK, Wendys, etc...) for about a year and a half. Havent had taco bell or pretty much any other fast food place you can think of in about the same time frame. I had chick fil a a few times since then but only ever the grilled sandwich and a fruit cup.

I cleaned up my diet pretty good since last September when my gf left me. Since that time, I've had Subway maybe twice, and two pizzas. Before, that would have been an average week for me.

The only reason I used get it is because it's warm tastes okay and is super cheap and convenient

I had a baconator last night. I eat fast food like 3 times a week and I'm still dropping weight on my cut. I'm addicted to the msg, sodium and artificial flavors but as long as I'm still meeting my fitness goals I don't really see the problem other than expense. Just finished my cardio and I'm hungry as faurk so I'm probably going to go to a pizza buffet to finish 90% of my calories for the day and eat broccoli & a few scoops for whatever is remaining.

I'm not saying base your diet off of it, but it also doesn't lack value. It still has protein. THe carbs and fat still provide energy. Eating it shouldn't make you feel like shit, but when you abuse the food, you can't really complain about it being the source and that it's garbage.

I can't remember honestly. I mean I can remember doing it a long time ago but I don't remember specifically the last time. I have a very sensitive digestion system and high amounts of fat (i.e. basically all fast foods in addition to other junk foods like chocolate, ice cream, potato chips and even things like peanut butter etc.) just totally fuck me up to the point where it's not at all worth it; not even close. Soda and high-processed shit like any types of candy are ok on my digestion, but it gives me horrible heart burn, especially the soda, so I avoid that too.

All in all it's p nice though, I mean who wouldn't want to actually, honestly prefer eating clean over junk?
