Generally, Thais jog a lot, then do pushups (1set of 100 or 10 sets of 20), situps (3 sets of 100), pull ups (4 sets of 20!) and some weird neck thingy where they bite on a belt loaded with plates then raise their head to train the back neck muscles (no idea how much weight to use, but high reps).
