Great session today. Squats felt solid and I was p happy with 7 on the top bench set.
Got some post-workout shawarma too so it was a good day all around.

Well, everyone has a bad day sometimes, specially if you're cutting.
Try drinking more water, warming up better, resting a bit more between the sets, getting better sleep at night, having a small meal 1-1:30h before the training session... that sort of stuff. But bad days are gonna happen. Just don't let it get you down, remember you'll be stronger next time.

Spoto bench with 2-4s pauses as accessory

And dropping the OHP, or not trying to max it anymore and using as accessory, will probably help a lot as well.

What I did for deads today, not including 135x5. Squats also went extremely shitty this week. Only got 280x4 when I've done 295x5. I drink a bunch of water before and during my workout, and I got like 10 hours of sleep. I also ate a decent amount today. I dunno what's up, considering my ohp and bench are going swimmingly. Maybe I'm just not used to doing as much as I am for lower body.

Absolutely. The biggest thing is to do something in those weeks. Even just some air squats and pushups 4-5 of those days will help significantly. If you can do active things like hiking or light sports that's even better.
As far as programming goes you have some options. If you're on a very simple, linear program like SS or TM I'd say just repeat the week you did before the week off. You'll acclimate again quickly. You could also use it as an active rest week after doing some max testing.

Wrists are bent back, looks like they're taking a lot of the load, thus need wrist wrap support, which is an inconvenience to put on, elbows also look like they're directly supporting the load.

Yeah I think you'll be fine. Progress won't be quite as quick as normal obviously but it won't fuck your gains. Marginal amounts of time away from the weights is good anyway.

I do a split TM so that when I PR on bench I do volume OHP and vice versa, so I don't think the OHP is hindering my progress. I could be wrong of course and will take that into consideration.

May be bar path desu. Sometimes I fuck up the first rep and touch too close to my shoulders and it ruins the rest of the set. Gonna try 205 again next time and see how it works out, hopefully it was just a bad day for me.
