Hey Veeky Forums, I ended my bulk yesterday so I have some questions about cutting. First, should I still do isolations when cutting like side raises or curls. Second, should I light heavy (3x5) or light? Third, do you think with enough protein I can get stronger/maintain strength on a cut?

It is possible to get stronger on a cut, I've seen it. Depends how deep your deficit is though. And nigga tf you doing? You wanna cut? Fucking hypertrophy you faggot
It all depends on your diet and how severe your deficit is.
If your deficit is small and your macros are balanced you can still gain strength on a cut, or at the very least maintain. Continue whatever routine you were doing, expect to stall out eventually unless you're still in novice territory.
The lower you go on your calories the more protein you need to spare your muscles. Going too low and you'll lose strength, though that can easily be recouped when you start eating at maintenance or above.

how can you possibly believe that that picture is OP?
Also you can get stronger on a cut but it usually is minimal if you aren't a beginner
