you might get 400ml if you're lucky and don't mind being patient, but don't try to goose the shit and overpressure the filter membrane otherwise it'll tear and you end up with a big mess and a bunch of gear that needs to be re-filtered

Most likely if you dose at physiological level its not gonna change much at all. What it will do to your natural test production is shut you down, it will also decrease fertility.
If you want the real anabolic effects of test you'll have to dose supraphysiological and run it in cycles or blast and cruise.
