Tuna in oil or wate?

Tuna in oil or wate?

Oil if bulking, water if cutting

TUNA IN TUNA BLOOD X F

Don't eat tuna, eat skinless and boneless sardines.

Tuna contains far too much mercury, sardines contain practically none.

Sardines are also much higher in omega-3 fatty acids, they have a lot of vitamin D, and more vitamin B12.

The oil they use for canned fish is absolute trash tier, get it in water and add oil if you want

Sardines are GOAT, get them with the skin and bones for more micros and they're even cheaper that way

Going to the store. Check if there is any sardines, if not going for tuna. Buy both of each.

Sardines so expensive.

Not gonna make it

>with the skin and bones

I tried, they're just too nasty.

It's not that they look nasty, they actually taste offensive to me. There was only one brand/flavor I found with skins and bones on them that I could stand eating, and it was just because they were drier and had an overpowering "smoke flavor" ingredient.

Try Big Lots, you might be able to find under $0.99 cans there.

Crunching on the tiny lil bones is the best part though..

Yeah but the crunching of the little brittle spinal columns into dust part...

>twf europoor living in this socialist shithole where everything cost more than i would sell my ass for

I can't even taste/feel the bones, they're so tiny and fragile they just kind of get lost.

>mercury in oil or in the water closet?

>had an overpowering "smoke flavor" ingredient.
They were doused with liquid smoke. It's not good for you, health-wise.

90g 2euros

>Kill me

Get boneless sardines

lel, here's 14€/kg (aka 1.4 euroritos for 100g)

BOught some sardines. Bones and all, doesnt bother me since have eaten small fishes my whole life

Here in the UK they're the cheapest canned fish

I'm so sorry

just bought 125g for .99€

>fell for the mercury meme

Except, it's not a meme. You shouldn't eat tuna more than twice/thrice __a month__ (even if you're not a pregnant woman)
