Egg white protien + espresso + coconut water

100g vanilla whey protein + 300ml blueberry juice + 2 bananas

But yeah i agree, anything with expresso added is delicious. Love coffee. Could try adding some chai tea.

1 can of drained black beans
1 and 1/2 cups of egg whites
3 scoops protons
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup walden farms zero calorie chocolate syrup

Combine it all in a food processor until it's all mixed.
Bake it at 325 for 45 minutes or until it's solid all the way though.
Let it cool and throw it in the fridge for a couple hours.

This is a recipe for protein brownies btw. The whole thing has about 1300 calories and a little over 130g of protein I think.

Protein, milk or water, banana, peanut butter. I ususualy use vanilla or cookies and cream protein but any flavor would be alright. You can add oats or cottage cheese if youre on dat Der bulk.

Whey + milk + blanched almonds. Stick it in a blender for a sec, add cinnamon and you are good to go.

2 cups walnuts
1 1/2 teaspoons coffee grounds
1 whole egg, deshelled
2 banana halves
20 grams protein powder
1 avacado seed
9 blueberries
2 ladles of crushed red pepper
26 ounces of any hard liquor
1/5 bag of gummy bears
8 individual Chili cheese flavored Fritos

Mix everything in a large bowl and microwave it for 15 to 30 minutes until the hard stuff either softens or catches fire. Then blend it all together. You can put ice in there or something if you think that will help, but personally I've never made one of these in my life.

Just buy the plain stuff and mix as you need. Mixes and formulas exist for grossly inflated margins and packaging that caters to skinny kids' insecurities.

Morning:
- matcha to taste
- frozen banana à la scoobert
- water/whole/1%/soymilk
- scoop of unflavored whey
I have this with a bowl of plain rolled OATZ in some substrate. Typically I'll do soy/cow milk in either the OATZ or the shake, then water in the other.

In my shaker for post-workout:
- scoop of unflavored whey
- cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and cardamom to taste, all ground

Baker's cocoa powder is also neat.

56g protein powder of your choosing
50g IMO syrup
30g almond flour
sweetener and flavorings/mixins to taste
heat syrup and stir in protein powder, flour and sweetener 'n shit
knead until firm

- 1 scoop of spirulina (5g)
- 1 scoop of cacao nibs (15g)
- ~ 100g of frozen kale
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon of acai powder
