Egg white protien + espresso + coconut water
100g vanilla whey protein + 300ml blueberry juice + 2 bananas

I mean you can do this with most girls but her especially.
But yeah i agree, anything with expresso added is delicious. Love coffee. Could try adding some chai tea.
1 can of drained black beans
1 and 1/2 cups of egg whites
3 scoops protons
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup walden farms zero calorie chocolate syrup
Combine it all in a food processor until it's all mixed.
Bake it at 325 for 45 minutes or until it's solid all the way though.
Let it cool and throw it in the fridge for a couple hours.
This is a recipe for protein brownies btw. The whole thing has about 1300 calories and a little over 130g of protein I think.
Protein, milk or water, banana, peanut butter. I ususualy use vanilla or cookies and cream protein but any flavor would be alright. You can add oats or cottage cheese if youre on dat Der bulk.
I think I wouldn't really care if she had a gf-tier personality.

Whey + milk + blanched almonds. Stick it in a blender for a sec, add cinnamon and you are good to go.
