I was taking a multi, a ZMA, and joint supplement that all had 30+ mg, and I ended up tearing an MCL in my hand and having horrible joint paint...

I'm paranoid about not getting enough iron, so I take 30mg every other day.

40mg/ day is the upper limit though.

I'm also paranoid about not getting enough potassium, but legally, you can't supplement that beyond 5%, so I eat a fuck-ton of sweet potatoes.
