Which lift do you anons most dread?

Which lift do you anons most dread?
Personally, I absolutely hate rows.

I have considerably under trained biceps
my skull crushers are the same weight and more sustainable than my curls

I feel like a faggot when I squat, but I find them fucking exhilarating.

Pullups
They ruin my entire day since for some reason my shoulders and collar bone hurt after them

the press

ive never squatted

who needs a homo ass anyway

I use hate some, but I don't any anymore.

Shrugs because it feels like I can always do more.

Do you really need barbell rows if you do chinups, pullups, shrugs, rear delt flys?

I feel like it's just over kill to add rows into that.

Deadlifts and squats are both fucking garbage exercises.

i dont think those exercises get yout rhomboids as much as rows do

that said, dumbbell row > barbell row

Used to be diddies. Now it's pullups.

superset shrugs with t-bar row

enjoy

Deadlift.
If I go light I feel like a pussy.
If I go heavy I feel like I'm going to die.

burpees

I always feel like I'm doing them wrong... only by setting up a camera to view my side can I have confidence while doing them. I think the relatively small range of motion compared to other SS exercises is throwing me off

> lift

>>Burpees

It's not just men who like big asses. Women fucking love man butts.

Lifting myself out of bed every morning.

Later pull down makes me sick

I have good news.
Those are useless.

I really hate bent over rows, but I absolutely love hyperextensions, is there some way i can incorporate bent over rows while doing my hyperextensions without looking like a retard? (more than I already do?)

What about earlier pull downs?

Rows. Fuck rows. I don't like them, they're uncomfortable, I look like a retard and they're time consuming.

Fuck rows.

do more vertical pulls
add some chest supported high row or face pull to clavicle level for traps/rhomboids
rows are a meme

...

barbell row feels so fucking awkward I hate that shit

also deadlift is pretty awkward for me, I used to know hot to do them properly but now it just feels like I'm throwing out my back

i HAAAAAAAAAATE deadlifts so much

Need that thickness though
