Finally moving out Veeky Forums.

I want to eat healthy, and for $300 per month. Can I get a Veeky Forums approved grocery list?

Bonus points:
> Are frozen veggies okay?
> Is frozen chicken okay?
> Should I buy a rice cooker? S Crock pot?
> What's the healthiest hard alcohol (relatively speaking)?

> Yes
> Yes
> Yes
> None are healthy, keep it to a minimum

Here you go

Are canned vegetables/beans okay?

There has to be more, and more specific things

300 a month on groceries? Holy fuck I have 40 dollars a month left over for groceries and I live in canada where foods expensive

You only spend $260? How? Do you eat out a lot?

No I mean I have 40 dollars for the whole month for groceries, 10 dollars a week

the fuck do you eat for 40$ a month?

This.

That's literally only enough for rice and vegetables, and not even that much of each

Bulk rice, potatoes, Ramen, bread and peanut butter and cheap hamburger

That's not healthy, ramen is garbage

There's been times I've only had 3 dollars to last a week

Nope, not really

dude whatever you do you need to do something else. Find a better job. Ask people for money if you have to to get the time you need to get back on your feet. You cannot live of carbs forever. Stop buying "cheap hamburgers" and ramen. Rice is enough

I didn't mean hamburgers I mean ground beef hamburger, hamburger buns are half my weekly food budget

Thank you hungry skeleton

I'm a skeleton for real man I'm 6'1" 119 lbs

'healthiest' alcohol = zero coke with bourbon.

In general any zero cal soft drink with with shots.

$300 per month god damn dude you can eat whatever you want, why would you even want to buy frozen anything? with that much you can afford fresh fucking everything god damn i get $16 per month for food

I believe it. Hence the previous post.

Please tell me you don't believe this.

Iktf man

Nigga then what

>$16 per month

thats like $0.50 a day dude, do you get your food from a dumpster or something?

I spend $300 a month on groceries and I'm not even on a budget. And I spend $100 just on kombucha. That should be easy as fuck.
