Who /fucked4life/ here?

Who /fucked4life/ here?

I have chronic back-leg nerve pain, I'm going to the doctor tomorrow to see if it is fixable, wish me luck brehs ;-;

I am. I'm paying child support for some dumbass kid.

damn, you fucked up. How old are you?

Hey senpai I'm fucked for life

Im in your boat. I fucked it up with bad squats and deads. Funnily enough good deads and squats seem to be improving it

Got the same thing i think. I've been to many doctors and all sent me to do some physical therapy and massages to release tension and develope my back muscle and abs more. I am 6"2 240lbs and 18% bodyfat so i can assume that i've got enough muscle but even after doing what they wanted for 6 months the pain is still as bad as ever.
I've tried some yoga and stretching last week and it helped the pain fade to almost nothing so i'd recomend trying yogi shit with focus on hips and lower back.

Get some dank pain meds and send em my way user

Just got done with PT. Had a Locked SI joint. Thought i was in snap city but i'm good now. Go to a good Spine PT

Fucked up my left knee while playing basketball some years back
2 surgeries 3 nails in it for life
Right knee got all the extra work
so with time got fucked also
Hope I'll be able to walk
properly in my 50s

what happened?

Spondy and pars defect

Muh back chronically fucked

Bad car crash that resulted in an L3 burst fracture.

sorry to hear that man. feel better

I've heard this advice too, but I've got mild scoliosis (genetic?) so it's not so easy for me to pull off good squat and deadlift form, so I'll check with the doc.

Thanks, I've done some yoga and it is effective but place where I can feel pain is still there, even if I can minimise it, I'm paranoid knowing it's still there, waiting for me to try push it.

What pain meds do you recommend?

All the best bro, rest well and dont bother doing strenous activities.

better you than me :)

Thanks. I was actually paralyzed in the accident and was told not to expect to walk again and I've made a full recovery. I've never been happier ha. Also have an epic stomach battlescar

Thanks man. I've been cleared to do all exercises at any weight I can control besides squats, deadlifts, running, and golfing. None of these things I cared much for anyways

Damn that sucks. Good luck with your fit career

Hyperhidrosis
Will probably commit sudoku at some point in the future when it gets too bad

I had chronic leg/back pain for years. Doctors couldnt find anything and really wouldnt do anything. I think they thought I was just trying to get pain pills.

Finally found a doc who actually tried to figure out what was up. Turns out I had a tumor in my sacrum that was growing around my spinal cord pressing on my sciatic nerve and had caused fractures in a couple vertebrae.

The surgery sucked but it's nice to no longer be in constant pain.

I understand squats, deadlifts and running, but golfing seems pretty random. Why can't you play golf?

I have gyno..

The repetitive severe twisting would break down my spinal fusion (L1-L5)

its a twisting motion? im still scared to go bowling after fucking my back up awhile ago. sucks cause it was a fun hobby

I have lower back pain from masturbating, but i cant stop masturbating, i sicken myself

I have slight shoulder pain I'm a bit worried about... anyone have tips?

Me when i was only 18 brehh feel for me

I'm happy you're walking again. You had had a little bit of faith and a belief in yourself to walk and you did it. I'm proud of you.

Chronic neck pain and headaches here. Took 3 years to diagnose, shitbird docs tried to tell me it was stress or fibromyalgia??? Saw a pain management specialist, it's muscle spasm resulting in trigeminal neuralgia caused by whiplash at some point in my life.

Orphenadrine (Norflex) is sick if you have muscle tension. Deep heat/wheat bags + yoga + codeine + oxycodone when it gets bad. They also injected corticosteroids into the nerves in the base of my skull which helped.

Not many docs wanna help with chronic pain that is causes by something mysterious. Good luck bro and stick to it, you'll make it

I have the same problem got it from deadlifting too much with good form but now I can't deadlift above 90kg without pain. I will go to a doctor soon if I manage to get into contact with one, it is not easy when living here ;_;

>deadlifting too much with good form
>with good form
Keep telling yourself that

If had not done it I would have felt some kind of pain during the workout. I first just have massive lower back doms for over a week and then pain.

If you had massive low back DOMS that means you did not use proper form and tried to lift the whole thing using your back, rather than doing a hip-hinge like you were supposed to. In other words, you haven't understood the fundamental movement pattern of the exercise.

Common mistake sadly, as it take a trained eye to spot the difference.

Been having weird neck pain that radiates down from into my lower back and down my arms. Just had it checked out a few days ago. Tumor on my spine. Going to go for an MRI and see the damage. Gonna hope for the best, but even best case scenario is surgery on my spine.

That is probably true.

Good luck man. I can't decide what's worse, finding something nasty and getting it fixed or docs telling you you're fine and healthy when you're in pain. You got this
