Is there an optimal time to inject?
I'm running an upper/lower split at six in the morning

Pinning after you exercise is generally a good plan in case something goes wrong with injection, but it really doesn't matter.

So I had a pretty scary experience earlier today, not really sure the reason.
Jaw starts clenching, uneasy feeling in stomach, begin sweating profusely (literally soaked my pants, socks and shirt), dizziness, intense cravings for sugar, eyes refusing to stay open. Convinced I'm dying at this point.
Thankfully I was close to home so I pulled in, stripped naked sat in front of the air con and inhaled a bunch of pineapple and peanut butter & jelly sandwiches. Felt much better after that but now I'm starting to get extremely tired and dizzy again.

Any ideas what's up?
Easy to assume I just went hypo and freaked out but I only just ate breakfast (100g+ carbs) about an hour before hand.

If DNP you went hypo and needed to run high fat low carb to prevent it

Tren and Sdrol can make you go hypo fairly easily, and for that you'd need to spread your carb meals throughout the day for stable sugar levels

What's your diet look like?

Everything I'm running is in my trip.
Not running DNP.

Been running tren and sdrol for over 6 months now without any of these episodes.
Seems weird that it would randomly happen now even though I've made no changes to drugs/diet/sleep.

Meal 1 - oats, milk, banana
Meal 2 - pasta, chicken
Meal 3 - flat bread, eggs, beef, halloumi
Meal 6 - banana, milk, protein powder, peanut butter, ice cream
Meal 5 - potato, steak/fish, veggies
Meal 7 - cottage cheese
