Slow down there boy. You know most of that which isn't water is fat? If you lean bulk you can be a nice otter in 8 months instead of skinny fat

Not the guy you replied too but I never liked the slow bulk. Just gain tonnes of muscle/fat then cut the fat away. No need to make it slow

i am lean bulking, when do i cut though? am i suppost to convert it into muscle as i go along
