How do those of my Veeky Forums bros who work 5 days a week still find time to go to the gym? I get home at like 630...

For example, if your gym takes you 10 minutes to get there and 10 minutes to get back from your house than is nearly 20 minutes(depending your route from work home and the detour to the gym) you could have put towards working out and recooped from your night to put towards something else like cooking dinner.

It's sucks balls being a wagecuck. The worst thing is that we're stuck at the bottom of the pyramid. And we can't improve the situation either because we're stuck here with no time to do anything
But Veeky Forums related: always cook as much food as you can in a single time. And pick programs like SS so you can have rest day in between.

If I had enough time I wouldn't have enough money.

Just do what you can while you're at work.

What do you guys mean? I just go after work.

Go in the morning on the way or right after work. Break it up into two sessions and do some at lunch. Adjust your workout schedule to fit your life. Do meal prep before work or on the weekend.
I did all these things and it allowed me plenty of time for social life and lifting and eating.

You must not work long.

Not him but I do 8-8.5 hour days, unless your commute is like over an hour or you aren't picking a gym convenient for your life style I am not sure what to tell you.

>Work 8-6 everyday
>15 minute drive to gym - 10 minute drive to work
>Wake up at 6:20
>Grab gym bag + work clothes + coffee
>Lift until 7:40ish
>Shower at gym - dress and drive to work
>No breakfast. My first meal is lunch

Or when I'm lazy

>Eat homepacked lunch at 11:00
>Hit the gym at noon and shower
>Back at 13:15
I'm usually a few minutes late but at 11 am I'm usually too hungry to go lift

I never lift when I get out of work. It's the only time I have for leisure and gf
