Only option is laser treatment. No evidence to suggest that creams do anything, and if they do, it's extremely minimal.
Every female has fucking stretch marks, it's just a fact of life. All the celebs and shit you see have them airbrushed/photoshopped out. Now take that pic again but move the camera over a few inches.
