I'm thinking of putting some protein powder in my dog's kibble and making it wear weighted vests while I play catch with it

Pretty sure I should report you for animal cruelty or something

I don't know about protein powder, but i do know american stafords (pic related ?) are prone to allergies.
So that might not be the best idea
Go for long walks (with the weighted vest) and feed it a lot of food, they tend to get big anyway

Make sure it gets hella brotons. You should make sure your doggo doesn't have allergies though. If you know it doesn't whey is fine I guess.
You can tell the vet that your dog "accidentally" ate some of your whey, and ask him to check out your dog or whatever.

Instead of giving him whey, you could just feed him raw meat. You don't even have to worry too much about the cut, just buy something cheap and not too fatty, chicken would be good for that.
And just give him lots of exercise, really. Maybe you can run uphill with him. No need for anything too fancy like weighted vests.

i regret not killing one of my pets when it was suffering because the vet carried on pumping it with drugs to keep it alive suffered for a full week did not eat a thing. next time that happens i will end it for them it is very cruel to watch them suffer.
