No

and

No.

Cheer up. 6 God is here.

i don't think so but why punish yourself when you don't need to use IF to get results

...

IF and keto is really best when cutting because both reduces hunger.

keto is meme

lol
>he fell for the keto is meme meme

have fun not shtting for a week with no fibre

i've done "keto" - low carb is the best way

How low should I go? Looking to start my cut now.
Btw I hate most carbs and many other foods.
I love oats and meat but I haven't found a way to combine them in a single meal.

Why do you care about not shitting ? Do you have a scat fetish ?

i don't usually watch my carbs i just aim for low carb high protein and get around 60-100g a day of carbs - get your fiber from kidney beans and veggies

because i don't want to be a constipated fuck

You do know that anything higher than dubs is disabled on Veeky Forums right?

Are you high? I just watched someone get quads last night

someone got 6 2s today it was pretty wild

Yeah things really got out of hand.

your body produces more test as your insulin is down (sugar intake increases insulin)

also the body naturally produces more hormones...

i think cycling in fasting in your week is a good id

> he fell for the keto is meme meme meme

lets see

Kills your metabolism, good for weight loss, but if done too long your body will adapt to low calories.

Kinobody acts like it's amazing because he makes money off it, when in reality
>my maintance calories are 3k
Sometime later

>yeah I can gain muscle off of 2,600 calories

I did it for my cut too, but it feels good to eat before I lift again, you actually get a pump and don't need caffeine for energy

>makes money off it, when in reality
How? I mean yeah, he gets views on youtube and an audience but as far as I can see the kid isn't selling anything and any money he actually makes is probably a drop in a well compared to the money he'll inherit when his parents croaks.

He sells programs that all have fasting as the central theme, all his videos are about it. He became the tai lopez of fitness. Again, I think it's a good tool, for a quick 10-20lb cut. You don't need to do that shit forever. Some of these guys take it too far and act like it's better than it is.

Isn't he selling tons of routines of his greek god program and the fat burn stuff?

I'm almost 4 months in on IF, eating only once a day in the evening.
After about 2 weeks the hunger went away, so i don't have cravings during the day.
Went from around 16% to 10% BF, still cutting down to ~8% to get muh lower abs to show.

In the end it all comes down to cals in/out doe.

>Again, I think it's a good tool, for a quick 10-20lb cut.
What do you cut tho? If it's just fat then that's amazing.

How is IF punishing ? After a week I'm used to it and don't even feel hungry until noon.
Then I can eat a nice big meal so I'm satisfied. A few little snacks in the afternoon and another decent meal for dinner.

i eat every 2-3 hours and still remain below my calories and above my protein intake

that's how

I regret it. Is there a way to make your metabolism normal again?

You need to do a juice cleanse to reset your metabolic clock.

Kek

Anyone here workout in the morning and eat later in the day? People say meal timing doesn't matter but I'm not too sure about this.
I could take a protein shake pre/post-workout but this would break the fast and I'm worried I'd lost appetite control.

Has all the ingredients of a fad diet. That being said it can help build self-control.

I do it for a week (18 hour daily fast) in the spring to help for when I'm /out/. It's nice to be able to hike/canoe for 10 hours straight without needing to stop for food.

Thanks man, very interesting stuff.
