No need to qualify. If we don't celebrate and show off our progress we don't have much motivation to keep going. Wish I had ur results. Recently had a long bout of mdds. Got better for the most part but still can get dizzy when just riding the bus so haven't tried to push myself with exercise. Planning to go back Sunday to at least try. Worst case scenario I only do a few sets. But a little progress is better than no progress.
