Looks like a case of brocurling. Your bicep is developed to some extent, while at the same time you have 0 (zero) triceps and forearms.

IMO triceps are more important because they making up 2/3 of the mass of the arm

they have different functions, working in tandem only sometimes. bicep is primarily for pull, tricep is primarily for push.
