Basically whey protein + boosts + multi vitamin + occasional soup here and there. Maximum 1200 calories a day, 0.7g protein/per lb of weight
Dropped from 192 to 188 in a week. Honestly the slower approach works better for dieting because it is more sustainable but it's good to get those extra pounds off if you are fighting it.
By the 4th day I was almost throwing up at the thought of drinking my whey protein though and that lack of energy was horrible.

this is basically protein sparing modified fasting (PSMF) which is a well known crash diet. it works very well. a good PSMF is slightly more involved though or you end up with deficiencies.

IMO it would be better to have your whey protein and around 1kg of veggies and lean chicken breast for dinner, do that for 3 days have like 3 scoops of whey and you should lose quite a bit of fat.

I suppose that short-term this is fine and you'd only lose fat but to maintain your muscle mass you do need to eat enough calories overall through quality food. The amount of protein you get from shakes would probably only sustain your muscles for a week or two before you'd start slowly getting weaker.
Of course if you're crash dieting then this seems viable.

4 months: 79,7 kg / 17,6% fat / bmr 2760 kcal / fat lost 5,0 kg (2,1 kg) / other tissue lost including muscle 4,8 kg
6 months: 73,5 kg / 16,6% fat / bmr 2576 kcal / fat lost 6,8 kg (1,8 kg) / other tissue lost including muscle 4,4 kg

This doesn't need intensive calculations:
If your daily kcal requirements is X
And you have Y kg of fat
You need to eat at least X-Y*70 to lose fat optimally
In above scenario that would be to eat 1860 kcal at beginning and gradually decreasing it as your weight goes down

Somehow I have trouble believing this. So if a pound of fat contains 3500 kcal, it would take over 100 days for body to process it to energy? I really don't believe this to be true.

I do it on accident , I think I have a eating disorder. I don't feel hungry and sometimes will eat 400 calories a day and not feel hungry. Other days I eat out for all 3 meals and easily push 3k calories. I'm 145 > 6'2", not fit but I've been running last 3 weeks. I'm up to a mile without stopping now
