So I just found out my favourite store sells this shit.
I used to get normal cheese (fromage blanc) with 72 kcal / 100g and 7g of protein / 100g.
Now the cottage cheese has 99kcal / 100g, and more proteins.
But I just realised it's salty, so I won't be able to eat it in the morning.
How do you guys eat it? How many grams do you eat a day?

I usually take a can of tuna, 200g~ cottage cheese, and mix em together. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice and grind some black pepper in there.

Hey OP, in regards to the salt issue, I've found the only brand I can find that has "no salt added" and is a lot lower in sodium is Lucerne, so they should carry it at vons/Safeway if you have those around.
