week2: added weight based on AMAP sets
week3: recalculate max (based on what exactly?) and repeat week 1 % with increased max? (which is still de facto increasing weight every week, just based on 2 separate schemes)

I'm 99% sure that week 1 is only shown as separate from week 2 because it's how you start the program after finding your 1rm. Otherwise I'm understanding this as week 2 being what you do for the rest of the program until you wanna test your 1rm again.
